One address, read by the person who writes the site:
There is no form on this page, and that is deliberate. A form would mean a plugin, a third-party script and a database table holding whatever people typed, in exchange for no benefit over a plain address. Writing to the address above reaches the same inbox.
Corrections — the message that is most useful
Prop firm pricing moves. HyroTrader’s Zero-Step route is badged “New” on the firm’s own site as of this writing, and a route that is new today can have different limits in three months. If something here is out of date, the fastest fix is a message containing:
- Which page. The URL, or the heading.
- Which figure. Quote the line as it currently reads — “the $100,000 Two-Step at $579”, for example.
- What it should say, and where you saw that. A link to the HyroTrader page showing the current number is ideal, because that is the only kind of source this site publishes from.
Corrections get made on the page itself, and the visible “Checked” date moves to the day of the correction so readers can see the figure was re-read, not merely edited. If you send a correction that turns out to be right, the page changes; if it turns out the original was right, you will get a reply saying why.
Expect a response within a few days. This is a one-person site, not a support desk.
What this site cannot help with
Anything to do with your HyroTrader account. This site is not affiliated with HyroTrader and has no access to accounts, challenges, payouts, deposits or codes. Messages about a stuck payout, a failed challenge or a refund cannot be actioned here, and sending account details to a third party is a bad habit in any case — please do not include them.
Looking for HyroTrader’s own support? Their help centre is at hyrotrader.com/faq, with live support linked from that page, and their public channels are listed in their own site footer. Those are the routes that can see your account.
Requests to add a discount code. Affiliates ask. The answer is on the homepage: this site does not publish referral codes, because HyroTrader publishes none of its own and this site cannot verify that any code reduces a buyer’s price.
Everything else
Questions about how a figure was checked, which route makes sense for a given situation, or why the review reached the verdict it did are all fair, and get answered when there is something useful to say. If you think a judgement here is wrong — about the pricing of the three routes, about the payout terms, or about the company itself — make the argument and it will be read properly.
