This policy describes what this website actually does, checked against the pages as they are served on 7 October 2026. It is not a template.
The short version
This site has no analytics, sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising, loads nothing from a third party, and has no account system, newsletter or comment form. There is nothing for you to opt into, which is why you were not asked to.
What was measured, and how
A request for a page here was examined directly. The results:
- No
Set-Cookieheader is returned to a visitor who is not logged in to the site’s administration area. No cookie is created by visiting, reading or navigating this site. - No third-party hosts are requested. Every stylesheet, script, font and image loads from
hyrotraderdiscount.com. The two fonts the site uses are hosted here rather than called from a font service, specifically so that reading a page does not announce you to one. - No analytics or tracking code is installed — no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no heatmap tool, no tag manager, nothing equivalent.
If that changes, this page changes with it.
Server logs
The site runs on shared hosting behind Cloudflare, which acts as a proxy and so processes requests before they reach the server. Both keep standard request logs, which ordinarily include an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested, and a browser user-agent string. These are generated automatically for every website on the internet, are used only for delivering pages and keeping the site available, and are not combined with anything else, not used to build a profile, and not sold or shared.
Nobody here reads those logs to identify visitors, and there is no mechanism on this site that would connect a log entry to a person.
If you write to editor@hyrotraderdiscount.com, your message is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to a private mailbox and read by the person who writes the site. Your email address and whatever you choose to put in your message are kept as long as the correspondence is useful — typically until a correction has been made and verified — and are used for nothing except replying to you.
Your message is never added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. It is never passed to HyroTrader or to anyone else. The contact page asks you not to send account details, and that request exists partly for this reason.
Links to other sites
Pages here link to HyroTrader’s own site and to Trustpilot, because that is where the figures come from and a reader should be able to check them. Those sites set their own cookies and keep their own records once you arrive; this policy cannot cover them.
Some links to HyroTrader are affiliate links, which means this site may earn a commission if you buy an evaluation after following one. An affiliate link passes a referral identifier to HyroTrader so the referral can be credited. It costs you nothing, and it changes nothing in what is written — the homepage tells readers the code they came looking for is not published by the firm at all, and the review criticises the pricing.
Your rights
Since this site stores no personal data about visitors beyond automatic server logs and any email you choose to send, there is little to request. If you have written to the address above and want that correspondence deleted, say so in a reply and it will be deleted.
Changes
If this site ever adds analytics, a form, or anything that stores data about readers, this page will say so before it goes live, with the date. Questions about any of the above go to the same address.
